One on One
So today I met with Kelly. Turns out I am down 16 pounds. I had thought it was 26, but I did the math wrong. Sorry about that. We talked about the hurdles and what not I am dealing with, and honestly I had to tell her that I felt really good about all of it. So I could not really identify hurdles, other than a real need to be in the gym for real. I have not done much beyond my Rocky IV style walks with Hershey. But I found some videos to inspire me on youtube, and thought I would throw themm up.
In college, I was an active rock climber in Southern Wisconsin, and large time out east when I was there. I want to return to that life, and hope that I can. So I thought I would put these up, to kick my ass to get back in the gym.
