My Journey Back to Health

Hoping that all the years of fun might be reversible

I am SORE

I got my prescriptions refilled for Metformin, and Lexapro today. Looks like this is a year. I have refills for a year. I am a guy on medication. I need to take pills everyday. When did I grow past 13?

So I am sore. Yesterday I doubled my cardio workout. Not really doubled, but in the past, when I did my gym workout, I did not go for a walk with El Hershbo. Yesterday I did both, and not only did both, but made my walk with Hershall Bernardie twice as long, and pretty fast. So, last night I was actually feeling muscle pain or stress for the first time since this all started. I was tired on the walk, El Hershbo was tired on the walk.

When I got home my knees hurt a bit, and I was shot.
It was awesome.

So today my hands are a little stiff, and I am loving it.

I am hoping the stress in my life gets normalized, and I can get back to normal.

    “Normal” is highly overrated.
