My Journey Back to Health

Hoping that all the years of fun might be reversible

For the Love of Pete, SHUT UP!!!

So heres the thing…there is no reason at all I should not get up when I want to. There is no reason at all I need to sleep till noon on saturday, or whatever it is I think is cool. I do not live in a third world country, I do not have any real hurdles in my life, I need to shut the hell up and just start doing things.

Yesterdays tattoo was a memorial, is a memorial to my dad. I do not know how much of that residual depression is there, but I am sure it is. Statistics say I am more likely to continue the cycle, but who knows.

I need feedback. It might be an unhealthy need sometimes, but you know NO ONE has ever told me that they have liked my writing in the paper or here. I mean here the writing is not very good, but until the comment here, I dont honestly recall a comment. I am also a pretty negative guy, I hang onto the bad stuff and that fuels me in some way either good or bad.

I have not had tea yet today, and I can feel my blood sugar is really really low.

    My dearest Eeyore:

    A) Somewhere recently I said (in your general direction), “I enjoy your blathering.”

    B) If someone pays you to write something, that is, as they say, infinitely better than a kick in the pants. On a very basic, $=praise, as being paid to write is a gift, regardless of whether there is copious praise (or any at all) attached. Someone thought what you wrote worthy of both print and pay. Try not to underestimate that.

    Hee-haw.

Now folks, work with me here. Have a little laugh on me. I was really, really, REALLY tired when I was reading the comments to this article. I read what janeal wrote as “My dearest Eyesore.” I sat there and thought to myself, “Who is calling Dino an eyesore? I certainly don’t think he is an eyesore. Who IS this janeal anyway?” Then I looked at it again and realized that this person was writing about EEYORE - a character from Winnie the Pooh. Boy did I ever feel stupid.

Dino, you really are NOT an eyesore, okay?
