My Journey Back to Health

Hoping that all the years of fun might be reversible

Today I did not go to the Y. I have no idea why really. I have been stressed out by things in my grown up life, and the way turned out I should have gone. I had a shitty day, and I am sorry about swearing, but really there is no other way to say it.

Tonight for dinner I had shrimp scampi, with my mom. The best part was the way it felt to say that I had enough. I mean we did not cook a lot, but the food had a lot of butter in it, so it was really rich. It would have been easy to sit and eat the whole thing. But I ate my plate, my vegetables, and drank my juice. Then I stopped.

I am concerned about the 630 pm sleeping thing. I tend to fall asleep for about an hour, and that makes the evening sort of bad. I just am unsure of the whole thing. I do not know if it is medicine, or my just liking to sleep or whatever.

I wonder what my body would feel like with a morning workout and an evening workout? I bet that would be okay.

I know that I am getting more readers here, and thank you all for your support. Feel free to comment.

Yeah, the 6:30 pm sleeping thing is not good, especially if you’re eating dinner & then sleeping….bad, bad, bad. That’s when you need to go for your walk or do something physical…doesn’t have to be a workout…just don’t lay down!!

    Dino,

Once again, oldwoodchair and I are on the same page. Sleeping in the evening does nothing but disrupt your overall sleep cycle. Sleeping after eating a meal is not good at any time of the day. Do dishes, laundry, some sort of light cleaning or something to get you through that hump in the evening. Please don’t succumb to the temptation to lay down or it’s all over.
