Well, tonight was a fascinating thing. I learned that there is in fact a differance between a migrane and a headache. Medically or chemically speaking. They are different.
Lets start with numbers though…
1. My Tongue. I love spicy food. I really do. Since starting my meds, lexapro and metformin, my mouth is like a sensitive little membrane of death. So I am unsure as to how the changes that I am going through affect this, or if it is the meds. I do not think that you can discount the loss of weight, and the changes in physiology one bit.
2. I need to buy a scale soon. I want to be able to do weekly weigh ins at home, like the program. I am unsure, as I am sure normal scales at Target or that ilk are not made for lets call me Industrial size. So, any thoughts?
3. Headache. So, I laid down tonight with what I thought was headache. I woke up with something much worse. Worse enough that I was concerned enough to take care of it. So, after some testing, turns out it was a migrane, not a tumor or inner cranial bleed. The thing with the head is I have lived lets say a vigourous life. Have taken some shots to the dome, and had some concussions. All the talk about NFL guys freaks me, so I went in.
