My Journey Back to Health

The Trail

Well since me and Sullie are fitting to get all Navy Seal next week, I thought I would up the intensity at the gym tonight. It was the first time, in like years, that I really wanted to lift heavy weights. Not stupidly heavy, but I just wanted to lift something that was exhasting, rather than a slow calm exercise. So I benched, curled, shrugged, smithed heavy weights. It was awesome. I wanted to take a steam, but the locker room was filled with high school swim guys, so I felt self conscious and did not even shower.

But I feel good about it. I feel good.

I have been noticing these parts of me, that are not really attached. Just sort of things on my body, but not of my body. I think that as we exercise, the stuff under neath must tighten up or something, some sort of shrinking, then we have this stuff on top that you have to lose to catch up.

One never knows with this sort of thing. I know I feel good. And my pants do not fit.
