Through Day 10
So the first ten days or so have been going famously. I have really liked the fact that this is making a daily habit, a good thing, and something I cannot live without. It is funny how once it gets going, when you do it often enough you cant sleep without it.
Before the 100 started, I gained 4 pounds, and since the 100 days I have lost six.
I gotta say, that the thing with exercise, if I do not do it, I can’t sleep as well as I could before.
