So as some of you know, I struggle at night.  I mean it, I just cannot fall asleep.  So now we are calling on the plurk nation to help me go to bed.

The plan is this.  Bed by midnight.  For the first month, that is hte goal.  After that we movie it back and hour for every two weeks, until I am in bed at ten, and up at 5.  I mean right now I am pretty likely to go to bed at 4 am, and get up at 9, and I hate that.  I aspire to that morning time.

So, I am going to take my melatonin at 1030, and shut the TV off after the local news.  Read until I get drowsey, then go do the neti and brush the teeth, then lay down.

I hope to start this over hte weekend.

I also must damn Marty and Shelby Cheyka for introducing me to Rockstar.  Oh the slow steady stimulant introduction is amazing, but I want off the dope.  So I am changing to black coffee with splenda.  Coffee sucks, in general.  So making it painful will only help me ween myself off of it.

And in other news, on the walk, at the mountain bay trailhead, I have started using the benches for step ups, and jump ups.  It is making my butt feel cool.
