So yesterday was just a junk workout. I mean absolute crap. I mean I did it, went through the motions, but I did not at all have any real effort to any of it. So it was bad. I think I skipped exercises. Here is my struggle, when I get home from work, I am COLD for some reason. So I get under a blanket, aand the next thing I know I am too warm.
Sigh.
Tonight after the workout I am going to sit in the schvitz for a while.
Also, does anyone want a casio G shock watch?
