So tonight at the Y, I am changing my workout. I need to change it, and I think that I have a good idea. The fact is, I typically race to geet in, aned race to get done, and race to get out. The fact is, this oddly enough allows me to linger, and not get shit done, and the like.
So, tonight I am doing the opening cardio, then the weights, and stomach, then another lap of cardio, then end with stomach. I think that it will add time, but will make the workout that much better.
