So, I just got back from the Aspirus YMCA. What a great workout. Oh my lord. I feel so good right now. My hands and feet feel light, my eyes feel clear. It is a great feeling.In the past, I have done the same cycle. Cardio, weights, stomach, stretching. I did the alternating days for the old weights and all that stuff. But, I tried to do my core everytime I got to the gym. By looking, you could not really tell.So, I thought about changing it tonight. Making it longer. I did just that. I made it longer by double. I went cardio, weights, stomach, cardio, stomach, stretching.What an awesome sense of the possible. When you totally have a great workout, and you are taking it further than you did before, that is completely worth it in my book.
