My Journey Back to Health  Hoping that all the years of fun might be reversible

The Inside or Not

Heard recently that too much introspection is bad. Don’t think so. But, nihilism is a constant threat I suppose.

As I spend more time at the YMCA here in Weston, I am stuck thinking about different things. And, in time I suppose I shall flesh them out someway, but maybe not.

1. The Rob Mentzer beer alternative plan.
2. The Men’s Fitness Center of the First Woodson YMCA
3. The metaphysics of playing Shawn Sullivan in racquetball.

But, tonight I am quickly, and non introspectively writing that it amazes me the Aspirus YMCA. Tonight for the first time I went at 530 pm. And it was swamped. All ages. Mostly women though. It was almost too crowded to get anything done. I liked it. I got half of my workout done this morning, ate a really good lunch/breakfast, and had an evening workout before dinner.

You can’t really call it brunch on a wednesday can you?

    1. I want to know more about this.

    3. The metaphysics are quite staggering. 2 big dudes throwing themselves around 4 big walls. Inertia kicks in and bones may break.
