So, as we seek this amazing thing called fitness, or whatever, it becomes important to alter your perspective from time to time. I think you cannot confuse your muscles, or your patterns nearly enough. So, you find new and exciting ways to get your pulse going. And this past week I did that.
I have decided to alter the language with which I look at the gym, and instead will look at it like a time as a teen skateboarding, or when we used to ride mountain bikes. Just amazing sessions. I think that when you stop thinking about it in these sort of objective terms, and instead start looking at it like you would a fun time, then great things happen.
I have started going longer on the treadmill. More and more time, faster and faster. I am so proud about it, and it is fun. So, that is nice.
Also, I went and got fitted for my tux for Erics wedding. That was so cool. I got to objectively see that I have lost a TON of inches. So, while the numbers might confusing, the cool thing is that the inches are gone.
