Today was a challenging day. I woke late, and was unable to get my food together for the day. Which means I missed two snacks. Two sources of protein. I ran to the deli at Trigs and grabbed some chicken breast for lunch, and they had some vegetables. This seems like a pretty safe option under the circumstances.
But, I worked late, and missed my evening meal. So, no fish today. I went to the gym and had an amazingly intense long workout. At one point I was actually dizzy, which I trust was blood sugar and exertion, or I hope it was. Either way, it was only a moment of time.
TThen the issue came up as to what I should eat when I got home. So, I ended up with chicken breast, oatmeal, and whey protein. I felt a sort of hunger or something like I was not used to, and I could not tell if I was hungry or if I was just off somehow.
The supplements have not affected my bowel movements like I thought they would. If anything, my movements are better and easier now. The best part is the glow in the dark pee. When I do not drink enough water, my pee just seems to radiate, and smell a bit weird.
I am proud of myself now.
