One of the best parts of this process, is working with some great people. My old friend Randall has put together a vitamin routine that I could not be more happy with. It looks like this. I would love Randall to put up a comment explaining it further. I am just taking it on faith that he knows what he is doing, and the explanations are awesome.
Vitamin Routine
Vitamin C….3000 mg/day…1000 mg 3X/day
Vitamin D….2000 mg/day… 1000 mg 2X/day
CoQ10….100 mg/day (after 2 weeks go to 2x/daily)
Ultra Man 1 pill 2X/day
Vit E. 300 IU of vit. E
Calcium-magnesium 1000 mg calcium to 500 mg magnesium at Bedtime
Enzyme Take with your heaviest meal (can go to 2x/day if needed). Start with 1x/day
Probiotics (Pb
Take on empty stomach in AM 1x/day
Flax Oil
Psyllium Husk 1-2x/day
