I normally am averse to doing this sort of thing, but this sort of feels appropriate tonight for some reason. Tonight I once again came face to face with that which is meaningful for me, disconnected to that which seems to be meaningful for others. This sort of snobbery is often criticized in my behavior, but I think that at a certain point we must all decide what is important to us, and often times people seem to export that which is important to them ONTO OTHERS. Historically I have not done that, but rather been victim or suffered through that exporting. Often times I simply have to say NO to things and activities, because I do not or have not wanted to do them. Now more than ever this sort of single mindedness about my life has to be maintained. I cannot let the actions of others to creep in, and distract me from what I want to do. So, I write down some goals.

Not only are having goals important, but having the right kind of goals.
To be effective…
Goals have to be objective, with the ability to measure the status and determine a conclusion.
Goals have to be difficult enough so that to achieved them, you gain a sense of accomplishment,
However, Goals also have to be realistically attainable, as if a goal is impossible to attain, working toward that goal starts to become futile.
Your list of goals for the most part seem to meet those three criteria, so I wish you much good luck with them – but more important than wishes of luck, are my sentiments of encouragement.
