Weird day, problems with an ex but stayed strong and on course today.
Breakfast Pop tart and bottle of water 200 calories
Lunch Lean Cuisine Burrito thing 280 calories & Oreo cookie 100 calories pack
Dinner Bowl of Soup & half a bottle of Diet Mt Dew 180 calories
Total 760 calories

I wasn’t always fat. But that’s what everyone says. Looking back I can’t quite see when I went from skinny to average to athletic to curvy to chunky to fat. But now I think that journey began the summer before high school. When even though I was skinny, I still didn’t date like my friends did. I don’t know if it was my crap self esteem or I just got lazy, but after that I just started adding on weight.
However I never really let it bother me until now. I traveled through Europe and kept up with my skinny friends, I could run and dance without getting out of breath and amazingly for a fat girl I’m pretty flexible. But then in the last few months my sister got engaged, I broke up with a guy, and I noticed my 10 year high school reunion was coming up.
Now I could care less what some of the people from high school think of me, but the thought of looking the way I do now in my sisters wedding pictures is what scares me. So I’m going to try to lose some weight. I haven’t decided if I’m looking to move to the chunky stage or in to the curvy stage but I need to do something while I’m still fairly young and haven’t done permanent damage to my health.
So this will be kind of a food diary/support system for me. I will be monitoring post’s because I don’t need negative feed-back but I will appreciate any support and advice. I also won’t be posting my weight, I will post pounds gained or lost though.

Dinner Lean Cuisine Bacon bow tie Pasta 340 Calories & chips ahoy 140 calorie pack
Snack Muffin 240 calories and a bottle of Diet Dr. Pepper
Total- 1210 calories (My goal is 1800 per day)
Hoping to start working out tomorrow after work.
